I have an old Ocean Shores VCD of this and I've always wondered why it has both category II and III symbols and certificates. They really want to make sure you notice it too as both symbols appear several times on both the front and back cover and before the movie starts.
Does anyone know why?

It looks like the Cantonese track is rated II, the Mandarin track is III.
