any funny old school movies?

Postby pjshimmer » Sun Jun 03, 2001 4:20 am

I am really beginning to get sick of the depressing, chivalrous, heartwarming stories in old school kung fu movies. Trail of the Broken Blade, One Armed Swordsman, Return of One Armed Swordsman, Golden Swallow, Magnificent Trio, Sword of Swords, Twin Swords, Heroic Ones, Wandering Swordsman, Veagence!, Come Drink With Me, Flying Dagger, Killer Dart... they're all the same! The stories are great, but again, they're all 99% identical. Can anyone recommend any kung fu movies from the 60s or early 70s inclusive of some humor, perhaps?

Thanks for the recommendations.

Funny how you should think these films I mentioned are prehistoric, because somebody else who replied to my other topic thought they should be considered new wave. I personally prefer to include them in the old school catagory.
