I didn't know that (or cared, for that matter) until I read an online article a while back. I wasn't surprised because they've got to dub the movies into other dialects anyway, so I guess they might as well dub the original version too ;) But most people like Jackie Chan, Chow Yun Fat, Michelle Yeoh, and Stephen Chow use their real voice in original Cantonese versions, right?

Which also brings up another queston: does ANYBODY in HK actually do his Mandarin voice himself? I mean like Jackie Chan; the voice in his movies sound the same regardless of the language (Mandarin, English, Cantonese). I think at least the English version contains his real voice. LOL.
