Reviewed by: Frank Lakatos Date: 09/22/2006 Summary: Boring. IFD took footage from Lady Avenger and edited it with 80's ninja footage to make "The Ultimate Ninja Challenge(1988)." Luk Siu Fan was a talented actress in the early 80's Taiwan, but the story about mainland refugees is quite boring. Even though movie has some recognizable stars such as Chan Wai Lau as a Fearless Hyena type beggar, Tien Feng as the triad leader, and Bernard Tsui as Luk's love interest, they cannot make anything from the uninteresting script.
