Reviewed by: STSH Date: 05/05/2001 Summary: So so Not bad early version of the film, later (and much better) remade as Green Snake. Fairly slow pace for the most part, but very pleasing to the eye. And it has some wild dialogue, such as "You are all hairing holiday today", as well as some dreadful overacting, particularly by Siu Ching (who seems to think she is in the operatic version).
