In hopefully the last installment of this awful series, the HappyGhost is so grateful to a dog that prevents his temple from burning down that he allows the dog to become a man for 49 days. The rest of the movie just has Raymond Wong acting like a dog and getting involved in his former master's love life. Of course, the HAPPY GHOST movies are more famous for their casting than their plots, and this one is no exception. The female lead is played by Kris Aquino, the daughter of former Philippine President Corazon Aquino.

Writer/producer/director Raymond Wong outdoes his usual weirdness in this one. A smart Irish sheepdog (Magic) saves the Happy Ghost's shrine from burning, and the dog has one wish to ask in return: to be human. He gets a job in a pet store, talks with his little pet friends (who talk back), and ends up going out with his former master (hot Kris Aquino)! Wong plays both Magic (the human version) and the ghost.
