Give it a chance to get going and this movie is actually pretty good. Anthony Wong has a great time playing a traffic cop who has always dreamed of being a real cop, and gets his chance when he witnesses a botched robbery and decides to track down the cop who got away with the money. Good parodies of other classic cops, especially those John Woo super heroes.

Anthony Wong is a traffic monitor who has always dreamed of being a super-cop like a Clint Eastwood/Bruce Willis/Jackie Chan/Steven Segal movie character. One day, he gets his chance when he is mistaken for a policeman by a damsel in distress and her triad-boy suitor and he ends up using the knowledge he gained from watching so many movies and reading so many mystery novels, in his investigation of a mystery that puts all three of them at deadly risk.... A well crafted and executed, nicely paced comedy / action film that delivers on both counts (comedy and action), while also serving up some humorous spoofs of John Woo movies and other classics of the cop genre.

A good comedy/parody of cop movies. Anthony Wong Chau Sun is atraffic cop who dreams of being a cop. The movie makes fun of quite a few cop movies so if you can't stand having your favorite cop movie made fun of (i.e., Lethal Weapon, Super Cop III to list a couple) then you may want to skip this one. I recommend this movie to those that can take a joke and enjoy good comedy.
