Wasn't expecting much from this one, but this is actually a decent comedy. Sure, the premise is somewhat tasteless, but it's told in a very charming way, and Chingmy is cute as always. This was also the first time Michael Wong didn't annoy me - perhaps because he's not playing the hero in this one but a comic relief role.

Mountain Lam, crippled while saving his brother Water Lam, findshis long dormant loins stimulated by the sight of shy and mousy Cher, who has just come out of a bad relationship. Water Lam hires her for $30 million to help his unknowing brother regain the use of his lower body (legs and, uh, all - his handicap is purely psychological). Water's friend Honey Chan provides the training. A solid production, with many Wong Jing trademarks.

Chingmy Yau is Cher Lo, who has no sex appeal and is dumped by her scum boyfriend?? Yeah right. Anyway, impotent and wheelchaired Mountain Lam sees Cher one day and feels something stirring in his loins. So his brother, Water Lam (Dior Cheng), who feels somewhat responsible for Mountain's handicap, and his homosexual friend Honey Chan (Michael Wong) finds her, hires her (she needed the money anyways as her father came across some financial problems) and is 'trained' by Honey to be an alluring sexpot so that she may be Mountain's birthday gift and can hopefully cure him of his impotency. Chingmy is exceptionally sexy, Dior Cheng is humbly appealing, and Michael Wong plays the 'gay-lo' character alittle bit too well. Wong Jing has produced a light hearted romantic comedy with some stylish camera angles/shots and doesn't fully rely on his traditional out-of-control slapstick silliness. There is a predictable ending but that doesn't hinder my recommendation.
