Uh, why this film was made at all is beyond me. Yu Rong Guong is the Mainland super cop Hwang Fei, Michael Wong is the Scotland Yard trained James Fok, and caught in the middle between them is Hwang's sister Mona (should be translated as Monroe, as in Marilyn, but hey, the film isn't worth being picky about.) Law Kar Ying ran with the movie as the head of a gang full of idiot thiefs (must be the writers). Yuen King Tan is completely wasted as she didn't speak until the end of the film, the whole time she was feeling up Law Kar Ying. The running gag with Man Jun's umbrella was unfunny (that's being kind), and the whole ripoff of The Final Option is ineffective. Somebody tell the makers of this film just because Michael is in it doesn't mean it will be as good as The Final Option. The saddest part of this fiasco is that this film could have been salvaged if the writers worked more on the conflicts between Hwang and Fok, or just be decisive about the direction of the movie instead of jumping all over the place. Sigh, avoid at all cost.
