Reviewed by: STSH Date: 02/27/2000 Summary: Awful This one tries hard to be a wacky wu'xia farce. The flying people scenes are quite fun, but the rest of the film is very muddled and only occasionally funny. Anthony Wong, despite top billing, doesn't have much to do, and Cynthia Khan fares only a little better. It's mostly the inane antics of Bai Yutang and Tsin Siu (subtitled as Zhin Zhao) against various officials. If you'd rather see Yam Sai Goon and Cyn Khan in some good wu'xia, I recommend The Thirteen Cold Blooded Eagles instead. You'll be missing nothing by missing The Invincible Constable.
