Reviewed by: Sydneyguy Date: 01/02/2001 Summary: CRAP!! This horror story is about a water ghost in the beach who entices people to commit suicide!! Once a murder occurs at the beach the police believe this dwarf is somehow responsible!! A reporter investigates and finds that the dwarf actually can communicate with the water ghost and more and more murders will occur.......... This is not scary at all!! The best part of the movie was the DWARF himself, a interesting character and too bad the script didn't seem to care about developing the other characters!! There was one scary part but it sort of doesn't make sense!! It's a water spirit but how does he chop someones head off? The ending makes no sense at all, just plain stupid just to end the movie i think!! It's one of those endings where "Lets combine our powers and overcome our fears and we somehow can kick ass!!" Have low expectations of this movie!! 3/10
