Reviewed by: mpongpun Date: 11/13/2002 Chang Chi (Sze Ma Lung) is saved by two sisters at sea. One of the sisters, Mei Yee Yee (Hsia Ling Ling) takes to liking the young man and gets him a job at the local fish cannery. Chang Chi rises to the top at the cannery and becomes foreman. Chang Chi’s promotion is short-lived as the thug, Kang Ho (Lo Lieh), strong arms the cannery ownership from old man Cheng and bounces Chang Chi back to a regular worker. So why does Kang Ho want this fish cannery? It seems that Kang Ho might have hidden intentions for the cannery but unlucky for him, an undercover cop (played by Wong Fei Lung) and Chang Chi’s gung fu and determination save the day.
