Summary: Nothing Special

Looks like Tommy Lee was on the way down by the time he directed Taiwanese tit-bouncing Luk Siu Fan in this one. There's greed, hatred and smouldering looks aplenty in between the routine action scenes and murders and cross-plotting. If that sounds rather interesting and involving, it's only barely watchable. Even the lure of sex and unfulfilled promise of nudity doesn't help much.

Yasuaki Kurata, of course, is watchable and fights pretty well. He's the only reason I watched till the end, and he wasn't used nearly enough.

OK if you're really bored.
