Summary

DIRTY HARRY in HK. Well, sort of..... Inspector Tom is a tough, gun-totin' cop, but has a soft side. Once a week, he plays day foster father to a young boy in an orphanage. The boy is sad on days when Tom's work means he can't turn up. And he's quite busy chasing a sex murderer. A maladjusted mummy's boy, son of a tycoon, is brutally killing hookers. He is identified early in the story, but his father uses influence to delay proceedings. So the killings continue, until a brave woman agrees to act as bait.
