Biography
 
  Joining the Chinese traditional opera school at the early age of 14, the talented Huang Min-Yi launched her acting career on TV during the 1980s, notably for her costume drama roles in novelist Chin Yung's adaptation "Heaven Dragon". Huang's acclaimed acting skills had also earned her a prominent place on the big screen, starring in some of Hong Kong auteurs' best works, including Chang Cheh's "Legend of the Fox" and "The Weird Man", and Chu Yuan's "The Emperor and His Brother".
