The flick takes place in Turkey and is about some Hong Kong cop (Lau Kar Wing) who is sent to Turkey to track down some antique smuggler (Charlie Chan). While the HK cop is in Turkey, he is to team up with one of their finest flatfoots to catch the wanted antique smuggler. Overall, a crappy flick with crappy fight choreography.
