It tries to capitalize on Jackie Chan's Project A(1983) with the 20's setting, but there is no point to the story and the entire all star cast is wasted. Phillip Ko is a villain with a neck twitching nerve problem, Leung kar Yan is a cop who uses Thai boxing, and Tsui Siu Keung pointlessly runs around town. Ocean Shores released this movie English dubbed and unsubbed on VCD. 1/5
