Now can you imagine a teacher these days putting up with students like this?So many tricks are played on Raymond Wong, yet he still goes with the flow.I guess back in those days, at least you wont get death threats!! Despite the old gags, i still had to laugh!! Some of the jokes, you know its coming, but its still FUNNY!! ITs one of those g rated family/teen comedies which they dont make anymore. Which is sad because its quite entertaining!! Good clean fun!! Can i say im REALLY impressed with Raymond wong's physical strength!! No joke, doing one legged squats is very,very hard!! Reviewed by: Brian Thibodeau Date: 02/16/2008 Summary: To Sir With Love (in swimsuits and short-shorts) Arriving to a gig abandoned by seven previous occupants, hapless schoolteacher Raymond Wong—the reincarnation of Scholar Pik from THE HAPPY GHOST (briefly reprised here, also by Wong)—endures teasing and pranks from the self-styled "Meanies Club" (Fennie Yuen, May Lo, Victoria Suen and Charine Chan) that rules the school, but his TO SIR WITH LOVE brand of determination, compounded by his "magical" assistance during their athletic competitions, leads them to reconsider their naughty ways, especially when their tricks cost him his job. Cinema City, the production company run by Wong alongside Karl Maka and Dean Shek, officially launches another franchise with this innocuous fluff that pitches the same clean-cut, you-can-do-it hurrah as its predecessor, only minus the superficial social commentary and in a less cloying, more enjoyable manner, buoyed by a blend of new and recycled gags and a climactic musical number/dance-off that wouldn't be out of place in one of the GIDGET or BEACH PARTY entries. The sex appeal factor is also juiced up, with producer and co-writer Wong's latest batch of "Happy Girls" starlets-of-tomorrow squeezed into swimsuits and volleyball short-shorts as often as possible. Reviewed by: jfierro Date: 12/21/1999 The Happy Ghost is reincarnated as a school teacher who has magicpowers which tend to get him into trouble. His patience is put to the test when he takes over a class with four trouble-making girls. Actually, we don't see very much of the Happy Ghost or a summer vacation. Come to think of it, there isn't much comedy either. Anyway, this film was noteworthy in that it introduced Fennie Yuen, May Lo, and Charine Chan.

Every bit as juvenile as Happy Ghost 1 (with some great pop tunes, including a fab go-go number), but it does sorta keep you watching. Well, it kept me watching, which worries me.
