Summary: ITs starts off as a light hearted kung fu comedy but.........

..........turns dark at the end

Gordon Liu is Wong Yu are step brothers but Wong Yu mother does not like his step son and seems to be greedy with money. Gordon Liu and Wong Yu get on quite well and seems to get into fights with other students but along they way they both meet a girl called dingding who they both like.

Wong Yu's mother, worried that the business will goto Gordon Liu (who plays Beggar Su) plots to kill him. Meanwhile Gordon Lui's literature teacher (Jason Pai paio), who seems to love his wine, shows off his kung fu while drunk to Gordon Lui and he becomes his kung fu teacher. Jason Pai paio's former partner in crime, is hunting him down at the same time

The comedy was quite funny, some jokes work and some didnt, but this light hearted mood is changed in the last 15 minutes of the movie when people start getting killed. The mood change is dramatic. I guess thats what i didnt like about the film.

The kung fu itself is sped up and its obvious. Nothing new to be seen at this movie.

Still its enjoyable to watch but they didnt blend the comedy and the dramatic last 15 minutes together well
