Summary
	Black leotard clad Mainland lady cop is smuggled into HK to track down three escaped experimental subjects. The cop and the three all have special physical and psychic powers, and proceed to fight each other at every possible opportunity. A bunch of dopey HK cops try, mostly in vain, to get in the way.
