Born in Nara Prefecture (Japan) in 1970. In the late 80s he is admitted in a japanese stunt team, where he worked in TV series and finally officially debuted in movies with "Heat Waves" (1990). After "Hissatsu! V" (1991) he moves to Hong Kong, working as stuntman, assistant action director and finally as action director from the late 90s.
He studied Shorinji Kempo in his teens and in 1989 learned Karate at an academy founded by Kurata Yasuaki.
