The thug with moustache is Kong Long at the image together with Paul Wong, Ridley Tsui and Rocky Lai.
I identified him and added him to the database a few month ago.

I don't think Kong Long is Kong Lung. I had the same thought after my ID of Long, but I checked many movies of both actors to be sure that there are different actors.
Kong Long is more a srtuntman, Lung is older and no stuntman.
