10. is not Fung Ging Man

Isn't it? I didn't ID him at first because of the wig, but I thought "I'm sure I should know who that is", then some particular facial expression made me click, "ah, it's the guy from The Teahouse" (which is how Fung Ging Man is filed in my head :p).

It does look a lot like him, but I guess he should be fatter:

Fung Ging Man is only in one scene. He is one of To Siu Ming's men in the scene To makes a wish to the umbrella (there is a image with Fung and To at the hkmdb image gallery). I'm sure that the casino clerk is not Fung. That unknown actor is in many Shaw movies. I call him at my alias list "Fung Ging Man 2". I believe he was also in "Tea House" (but also Fung Ging Man).

So I guess he's not Fung Ging Man either...

That image looks more like Fung Ging Man as the other image does (what never shows Fung), but if it is from the same scene and it is the same character like at the other image it is also not Fung.
As far as I recall Fung is only in the mentioned scene with To Siu Ming's wish.
