Not really entertainment related, although shopping in these places is very entertaining :D:

Great shopping comes to the port lands:
T & T is considered a benchmark for Asian grocery stores. It has finally come downtown

They may just be grocery stores, but they're fast becoming destinations in and of themselves in this country (this is the fifth within a short drive of my home 8) ), for precisely the reasons mentioned in these stories: clean, friendly, bilingual, fresh, and stocked with the broadest selection of Chinese and Pan-Asian food you'll ever find under one roof, at least here in Canada. The dismal, aging, frequently stinky grocery stores in our old Chinatowns (and probably in many older Chinatowns I'm sure you've all been to) could really learn a thing or two from this chain. I can imagine it's only a matter of time before they spread beyond borders.

Now if only they'd put out an IPO. :(

So, if anybody who hangs out here is ever in Toronto, one of these might be worth a visit. The new one is right across the street from Cirque du Soleil. Smooth...
