Same title (English and Chinese), same director. Was this a 1980 HK documentary theatrically reissued in 1995?

The Rising Sun is not listed as a 1995 release for the HKFA.

I think 慘通的戰爭 is a typing error. In addition to HKFA, almost all of the search results indicate 1980 is the release year. e.g. [url=http://blog.roodo.com/homejack23_movie/archives/2344176.html]太郎的電影部è

I've corrected the 1995 row - it now reads 1980 and the original theatrical of 2/28/2000 (working from HKFA spreadsheet of HK theatricals).

Could someone please nuke the older row:
