I am not sure of that. HKFA only says Lam On-Yee and Lam Lam are both called "Angie Lam" in English, but not that they are the same person.

If you name search ?? (lam lam), it will refer you to both Angie Lams, so internally, HKFA has cross-referenced the two. It's clear to me Lam Lam is a pseduonym for her lesser works, but I will wait for (or produce) more definitive 'proof'.
