Millennium Dragon IDs?

There must surely be something wrong with some of the IDs in Millennium Dragon
Three of the actors who have not been IDed in any other movie just seems very very wrong. For one the main character in the movie has been assigned an ID in the cast way down in the cast list below common thug roles which surely can't be correct.
Nor is the actors credited with roles in the credits.
The 3 actors it concerns is :

Lee Ngai-Chi - credited here with playing a minor character which is in love with Chin Siu-Ho's character.
Chiu Lai-Yee - Playing an agent posing as a piano player
Tsui Choi-Ying - Credited to the actor who has the main role in the movie.

The cast is listed in the order given in the credits on the DVD.
So if no one can give proof as to that the roles in the DB is correct, the roles should be deleted.
