Incorrect photo in Henry Lo Chun-shun's gallery?

Looking at his gallery . . .

. . . the picture of the older gentleman in SPARROW, circa 2008, would suggest this actor aged one hell of a lot in the six years since he appeared in the TWILIGHT ZONE COPS series. Would anybody know if that is in fact the case, or if the old guy's picture is attributed to the wrong actor?

Perhaps we'll need some credit caps to sort this out . . .
