I think there are two different people.
One of them (Lu Wei) starred as a child in "Hong Kong king of murders"
The other one (Liu Wai/Lu Wei) is a writer from PRC, who wrote Chen Kaige's "Farewell my councubine" and is a director+writer of "Journey to Xixia emprire"
