I don't recall seeing him in any other movie that he could be added to right now, but maybe you do.

I think you're right. It's difficult to tell with the sunglasses (he only appears in this one scene together with Huang Kuan-hsiung and wears them the entire time unfortunately) but I think his teeth match. Here's another picture: LINK
