He was already credited only on Shaolin And Taichi [1983] but not ID'd, and oddly his KMDB page is also missing most of his films too, which is a shame considering how he played multiple roles in almost every film, he was definitely a hard-working guy. He continues to work hard, practising and promoting Korean martial arts to this day. I've left a little note on his page, as I do plan to finish a decent sized bio on him at some point in the future. I also added his name in Hangul and his full DOB.

Sadly he's another one similar to Lee Je-gyu where, the versions of the films I've got too often cut half of him off the screen So there's only a handful of decent pictures really. I also tagged Gaijin's pic in The Dragon's Snake Fist [1981].

A lucky update to make. It's weird, because I was going through my database and listing which pictures I've uploaded I plan to redo (now that I have a slightly better method) and I noticed a film I hadn't taken any pics from, which was very odd, so on a whim I decided to take a look. That led to me being 5 layers deep in research, as usual (I've been on it two days already and am not yet back to the first film I was looking into ). This included having another look at Fist Of Death as I now had a better quality (though very blurry) version from YT and what's the first thing I see, a new scene with none other than Oh Jae-seong up front and centre. Also (as seems to be his MO) he plays more than one character, playing a student from both MA schools. My timing is great, right? Just a couple of days after I'd finished his Koreans Update Project post.....typical

It's forgivable that I've only just spotted him, as the DVD copy I have is a pretty bad. The quality of the footage pretty poor, but what sealed the deal here is that my version had him cut out of most of it, especially the best shot you get of him. Right at the start of the film the YMCA students are training and he is right at the front, unfortunately I couldn't use the best frames because of the credits getting in the way. But in my version, that part of the credits is completely removed But as if that wasn't enough, he also only appears as a YMCA student in that scene, anytime we see him again he's switched teams! On top of that, he's not the only actor to do so!! And just as icing on the cake there's some scenes where thugs (including actors that play YMCA students) disguise themselves as YMCA students!!! It's as if it was done on purpose just to mess with me
