What are you looking for? There are tons of books with just snipet reviews like Hong Kong Action Cinema by Bey Logan and Cine East: Hong Kong Cinema Through The Looking Glass by Miles Wood. One of the best, but out-of-print is The Essential Guide to Hong Kong Movies by Toby Russell and Rick Baker with a Foreword by John Woo. Then there's the studied Hong Kong Cinema: The Extra Dimensions by Stephen Teo. If you're a kung fu fan there's the Encyclopedia of Martial Arts movies. The last one is the most expensive @ $75 bucks US, I think.

Magic-8
