Montage duet song in WITH OR WITHOUT YOU

What few reviews I could find online, if they mentioned it at all, claimed that this song, played mid-film over a shopping/dating montage featuring Leon Lai and Rosamund Kwan, is performed by Leon Lai. Actually it's a duet performed by Jackie Chan and a female singer whose last name, I believe, is Cheung.

Can anyone help me identify the female singer on this song? I translated Jackie Chan's name in the credits, but I'm having no luck with hers.

Any help is much appreciated.

I'm pretty positive the song, Ming Ming Bai Bai Wo Di Shing (Understand my Heart) is sung by Jackie Chan and Sarah Chan Suk-wah. I think she's from Taiwan but I can't confirm it.

I'm quite sure it's Sally Yeh Si Man.

Well I own a copy of the best of Sarah Chan and the song is on there. It's also on a Jackie Chan album. And I have the music video with both of them in it.

Sally Yeh did a duet with him a few years later, though.

I checked the english spelling against the Chinese name in the credits and it is indeed Chan Suk-lan. Many thanks for the help!
