Feel 100%--a comic?

Postby cpardo » Mon Mar 14, 2005 5:32 am

Is Feel 100% based on a Manga or maybe a Meng-hua (chinese comic). I was wondering since there's some anime style artwork at the beginning and shots of Feel 100% comics at the end. Anyone know? And who's the author of them?

Don't know the author, but it's definitely based on a very popular, very long running Chinese comic book series. I actually picked up a couple of issues one time after watching the first movie, mainly because I thought the artwork was beautiful, even though I couldn't read Chinese!

He is Lau Wan Kit.

In the credits of the first film he appears as "planner" only.
In the second film (2001) he appears as author of the manhwa.

There is an interesting article about "Feel 100%" here:

That's a great article. I propose bringing the Feel 100% comic to the US. I love the artwork They already have Storm Riders out in English.

Also the Young and Dangerous comic should also come to North America....

Oh and thanks for the info!
