Can't help you on the DVD but there is a subbed mainland vcd available at yesasia.

yea, the Mainland WA dvd has been out of print for a while but only came with an echo chamber Mandarin track.

I haven't checked my copy but the vcd listing indicates both Cantonese and Mandarin track.

I only just saw Tiger Cage last week, just ordered the china VCD for Tiger Cage 2
