The Invincible Super Chan (Taiwan 1971)

Postby Kwai-Tjai » Sun Mar 04, 2007 8:59 pm

Once I owned this outragious movie as a six-reel super 8mm home movie (German print) way back in the mid 70's. You either love or hate this one, but I found it very much over the top and that's just wy I love this one and would very much like to buy it on DVD. It seems that there are two companies who can supply this title, Ground Zero in the US and FlashlegsRare in the UK in a English dubbed version. (although I prefer Chinese soundtrack with English subtitles, this seems not to be available).
Should anyone know wich one is the best quality, Ground Zero or FlashlegsRare? Anyone?

As far as I know, the screencaps below are taken from the Ground Zero release.

Both are bootleg companies, whose source materials are usually VHS tapes or broadcast masters... you're not going to get good quality from either :(
