Fist of Fury: The Legend of Chen Zhen

After Donnie Yen completes Ip Man 2, he will be working on Fist of Fury: The Legend of Chen Zhen. The film is set 7 years after the apparent death of Chen Zhen, the fearless hero of Fist of Fury. A stranger comes to Shanghai and infiltrates a local mob who have ties to the Japanese. The stranger is the disguised Chen Zhen, who had survived the ordeal and had been in hiding.

Reported to co-star are Anthony Wong and Shu Qi. Andrew Lau is directing. Andrew Lau and Gordon Chan are producing the film with Gordon Chan and Cheung Chi-Sing writing the screenplay. Donnie Yen will also serve as the film's action choreographer.
