I checked TWELVE GOLD MEDALLIONS and I think the actor/fighter on the image is not Chan Kwok (he must be someone else on the cast page/in the movie). I think it's Chan Siu-Gai on the image (that character apppear on the massacre scene and does stunt work):

If no one objects I change the TWELVE GOLD MEDALLIONS ID of Chan Kwok. I'm confident it is Chan Siu-Gai on the movie image.
