I was kind of lucky (and happy) to find such a good copy of that movie at youtube (I am always on alert there)

I suppose it was shot together with Tokyo Interlude (released in 1955), because is has identic crew and main actors.

Since dleedlee "retired" (?) (no Data added in 2021) I searched him myself and after hard time finally found him: Lau Yan-Kit (he has 7 new portraits now)
