Most of the story focusses on the "half-breed" police inspector Mina, who leads an operation to catch Vietnamese thug Yuen. One of Yuen's comrades is killed in the operation, and his gang (including badass kickboxer Anges Aurelio) swear revenge.
Mina's idiot boss compels her to suspend her sister-in-law Ling, but Ling receives a tipoff about the robbery which turns out to be an ambush, in which her brother (who is Mina's new husband) is horribly killed. Ling and Mina, in a highly emotional and very long (yet excellent) scene, swear their own revenge........
