Summary

A cop turns fugitive when he is framed for the murder of a keywitness in a weapons smuggling investigation. On the run the cop befriends a psychic who helps him to capture the real killer. [Tai Seng Catalog] In more a loosely-connected series of sketches than a story, Power Chan and his effeminate but girl-crazy partner alternate between chasing and being chased by a gang of ruthless thugs and Nine Face Fox who, in turn, gradually knocks off all the crooks, setting the stage for a final showdown between bad and good.
