Summary
Uncle Cheung and his daughter Lap run a seafront bar. Uncle Cheung is a retired rascal, but he's asked to do one more job - to smuggle in a rich man's son. he asks Rick, Lap's boyfriend, to be the driver. Things go very wrong. The son and an accomplice are killed in a gunfight, and the guys run away to the Philippines. But Uncle Cheung is hit by a car. Lap goes to Godfather Shen for help. He gives it, provided Lap becomes his whore. Six years pass. Rick returns from the Phils and, after some misunderstanding, he and Lap try to start again. But nearly everything is against them. Shen's sleazy henchman Liu lusts after Lap and Shen doesn't want to let her go. To complicate matters, the reason Rick came back was to do a killing for Shen. About the only friend Rick and Lap have is Cheung (not Uncle Cheung, and not related to him), who is not-very-secretly in love with Lap.....
