Biography

	Born in South Africa, Lawrence Ah Mon studied film production in California, USA. He started his career in Hong Kong as an assistant director for Tsui Hark and after directing several episodes of TV series such as "Faces and Places" and "Islander" he debuted as a film director in "Gangs" in 1988.
