You might want to check out the late-80's early-90's filmography of Sibelle Hu. She did tonnes of pictures LOADED with GUNPLAY, often co-starring the likes of Yukari Oshima, Moon Lee, Alex Man, Alex Fong, and many others. Middle-budget stuff (compared to, say, John Woo movies), but generally loaded with gun action.
Try DEVIL HUNTERS, FIRE PHOENIX, DRAGON FIGHTER, FATAL MISSION, MIGHTY GAMBLER (a personal favourite with LOTS of large scale shootouts), CHINA HEAT (tough to find subbed) and ANGEL TERMINATORS 2 (part 1 is loaded with gun battles too!).
From the Moon Lee canon, I'd suggest FATAL TERMINATION for sure, as well as MISSION OF CONDOR, MISSION OF JUSTICE and A SERIOUS SHOCK.
While these films DO feature martial arts, the vast majority of them are decidedly top heavy with gunfights, so you should find something to enjoy in them. Not sure which ones are on DVD, but I have all of them on VCD, so I know they're at least available in that format.
If your intention is to restrict yourself (for the time being, hopefully) ONLY to movies that fit the "heroic bloodshed gunplay" mold, then you've probably already seen everything there is to see. The only film I might recommend that doesn't always crop up in Heroic Bloodshed discussions is HERO OF TOMORROW starring Max Mok and Miu Kiu-wai. Very stylish in a John Woo vein.
